She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Warren and Charlotte Rodgers Warren; and her brothers, Tim Warren and Larry Warren. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Boltz (Barbara) of Mobile, Teresa Dorriety (Joey) of Irvington, Leonard Boltz Jr. (Felicia) of Theodore, Rita Ponder of Semmes and Mark Boltz of Mobile, Alabama; and her sister Anna Sue Miller of Irvington, Alabama.. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren; her 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1621 Boykin Blvd, Mobile, AL 36605).
