She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Zudy Hinton Richardson and Norton Edward Richardson; her husband James Roy Coate, Jr.; her children, Parker Lynn Bell (Julie) and Jennifer Coate Pierce; her grandchildren, Karley Alexis Beach and Cameron Parker Bell; her great grandchildren, Matthew Lane Bufkin and Brayley Ann-Hope Bufkin; her brothers-in-law, Terry Coate (Jetta), Dennis Coate (Stacy) and David Coate (Cindy); her brother Brant Woodard; her extended family, Jason Pierce and Lucas Bufkin; and her grandchildren, Jacey Duke and Kinley Gates. She was also cherished by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Valhalla Funeral Home (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Valhalla Chapel (8730 Sims Rd, Eight Mile, AL 36613). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Springhill Memorial Gardens (600 Pierce Rd, Mobile, AL 36695).
