He is survived by: his wife Ann Barter Rasp; his children, Paul Rasp, Jr. (Mary Kay), Ann Rasp, Mary Frances Giattina (Victor), Teresa Cornell (Edward), David Rasp and Robert Rasp (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Jason Rasp (Melissa), Derek Rasp, Meagan Rasp Barton, Katy Rasp Remich (Michael), Tony Giattina, Helen Ann Cornell Carr (Colby) and Gabi Rasp Pettigrew (Jacob). He is also survived by four greatgrandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Foundation Fighting Blindness.
