Paul Douglas Taylor Obituary

We announce the death of Paul Douglas Taylor of Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on August 22, 2026, at the age of 87. Paul will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Taylor and Louise Taylor; his son Mitchell Taylor; his sisters, Peggy Toth and Faye Taylor Williams; and his former wife Faye Taylor.

He is survived by: his wife Marleen Taylor; his children, Mark Taylor, Stacey and Jennifer Taylor; his granddaughter Kendahl Ray (Caleb); his great grandchildren, Kayten Faye and Silas; his sister-in-law Charlotte Good; his close friend Don Shields; and his caregiver Jackie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to Springhill Hospice of Daphne, Alabama and Eastern Shore Baptist Church of Daphne, Alabama.
