He is survived by: his mother Marie Butler Zalopany; his significant other Davey Chastang; his siblings, Mark Zalopany, Steve Zalopany (Terry), Lynn Gane and Lisa Miller (Brent); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Zalopany (Elena), Charles "Chase" Zalopany (Michelena), Michael Gane, Matthew Miller, William Miller, Lisa Taylor (Dustin), Lauren Edwards (Zachary) and Kelly Puhnaty (Michael); his great-niece Emma Roberts Edwards; his great-nephews, Francis "Frank" Taylor, Thomas Stephen Puhnaty and Taylor James Puhnaty; his uncle Maxie; his aunt Ginny Zalopany; his close friend John Benoit; and his friend Jeff Vice.
