He was predeceased by : his father Frank William Adkinson, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Lois Tanner Adkinson; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Nassar Adkinson; his son Tanner Rick Adkinson; his stepson Nathan Miller (Cindy); his brother Frank William "Billy" Adkinson, Jr. (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Tytan "Ty" Adkinson, Maverick "Mac" Adkinson, Hazel Mae Adkinson, Avea Grace Miller and Charles David Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
