He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Johnson Allen of Crossroads; his sister-in-law Dianne Johnson (Jerry Harris) of Crossroads; his niece Taylor Benson; his nephew Michael Fyock; his great-nephews, Ryan Benson and Tanner Benson; and his close friends, Greg, Becky Burt, Amy Leighann Burt Stewart and Gregory C. Burt, Jr..
