She was predeceased by: her husband John Faulk Jr.; and her parents, Carlene Manning-Thacker and William Thacker. She is survived by: her sons, Brian, Kevin and Jason Johnston; her stepson Andrew Faulk (Devan Sweeney); her grandchildren, Abbie Johnston, Jakob Johnston, Madison Johnston, Blaine Johnston, Bryce Faulk, Olivia Faulk and John Douglas Faulk; her stepgranddaughters, Scarlett and Clarissa Sweeney; her great grandchild Prestyn Blair Johnston; her sister Joyce Thacker-Dees; her aunt Mildred Manning; and also Courtney Johnston-Clay. She is also survived by family members and friends.
