He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Zortman and Elsie Zortman; and his siblings, David, Dick, Connie Strandberg and Carol Perrin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Debbie, Beckie, Bonnie and Brian; his stepson Doug; his grandchildren, Chad, Laurin, Richard, Robbie and Anna; his great grandchildren, Katherine, Alexandra, John, Charlotte, Zella, Albert, Sam, Robert, Tobias, Denny, Mary and Gloria; his stepgrandsons, Mathew, Brett and Cody; and his siblings, Gary and Janice.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (200 S Section St, Fairhope, AL 36532). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations made to Ascension Christian School and Veritas Lutheran School.
