He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip H. Barnes and Inounia "Stacy" Jones Barnes. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Barnes; his siblings, Rynn B. Toifel (David) and Greg Barnes (Kim); his children, Andrea Brewer (Ira), Leslie Barnes, Daniel Barnes and Hollie Barnes; and his stepsons, James Lee Moseley (Dove), Daniel Moseley, Jr. and Christopher Moseley. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; and two great grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the O'Bryant Chapel Funeral Home (34550 US-43, Thomasville, AL 36784). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
