She was predeceased by: her husband James McMahen (Jim); her brother Charles M. Jones; and her sister-in-law Judy Jones. She is survived by: her sons, Donald W. Phillips, Jr. (Don) and David C. Phillips; and her siblings, Col. John L. Jones (Betty) and Cornelia Starke (Connie). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
