He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Eileen Smith of Fairhope Alabama. He is survived by: his children, Becky Graham Forsythe (Graham), Ruffin Graham III and Peggy Graham Horner (Jerry); his grandchildren, Micheal Horner (Amanda), Catherine Graham, Ruffin Graham IV and Hunter Graham; and his caregiver Genell Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crawford Chapel (7470 Moffett Rd, Mobile, AL 36618). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
