We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2023, at the age of 86, Rufus Clayton Butler of Mobile, Alabama, born in Prentiss, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemmie Clayton and Maggie Elizabeth Butler. He is survived by: his wife Doris Louise Summers Butler; his daughter Tammie Jenkins (John); his sister Etta Faye Rainey; his grandson Sloan Jenkins (Karson); and his great grandchild Clayton Paul Jenkins. He is also survived by nieces & nephews; and church family and friends.
