She was predeceased by: her parents, Gwendolyn Massey and Lee Anthony Tibor; and her husband James David McPhillips (Jamesie). She is survived by: her friend Frances Cunnigham; her caregiver Tieasha Griffith; her daughters, Lee Fernandez (Jim) and Dru Jones (A. J.); her grandchildren, James Fernandez (Melissa), Gwen Fernandez (Jonathan Hupp), Allen Jones (Lindsay) and Sally Jones; and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Frances, Amelia Fernandez, Rosemary Fernandez-Hupp, Joe, Ty Jones and Ann Clare Inzer. She is also survived by sons-in- law, four grandchildren, a grandson-in- law, two granddaughters-in-law, and six great grandchildren.
