She is survived by: her husband Ralph DuBose; her children, Eric (Tracina Holder), Jenni (Chris Morton), Daniel (Trish Holder), Vicki (Mike Howell), Bubba (Kelly Dubose) and Wesley (Nichole DuBose); her grandchildren, Caitlin, Brock, Michael, Cassidy, Kasey, Tristan, Bonnie, Mallory, Emerson, Amber and Morgan; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Blake, Wyatt, Shawn, Millie, Maverick, Leo, Mia, Diego and Savannah; her siblings, Larry (Delihla), Jimmie (Leona), Dona, Albert (Barbara), Ronnie (Gerry) and Barbara; and her pet Rascal.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Parkinson's Foundation to support finding a cure.
