She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Rutledge; her parents, Raymond Hall and Esther Hall; and her brother Philip Hall. She is survived by: her sons, Tim Rutledge (Leah) of Mobile and Steve Rutledge (Susan) of Pass Christian, MS; her grandchildren, Rebekah Rutledge Dyer (Jared) of Richmond, VA, Joshua Rutledge and Hannah Rutledge of Pass Christian, MS; her great grandchild Levi Dyer of Richmond, VA; and her sister Carol Weaver.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be offered to Luke 4:18 Fellowship Joshua Fund.
