He was predeceased by: his grandmother Earline Bertolino; and his great-grandparent Willa B. "Dutch" Peattie. He is survived by: his fiancée Angela Knight; his parents, Carmel Bertolino Alvis and Theodore Kyle Alvis, Sr.; his siblings, Hunter Alvis, Dylan Alvis (Macy) and Blakeley Alvis Rash (Blake); his grandfathers, Ted and Jackie Alvis; and his siblings' children, Baylor Rash, Henry Alvis, Hudson Alvis and Breelyn Rash. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
