He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Duggins Sr. and Martha Bertram (Jeff); his brother William "Billy" Duggins (Allison) of Moneta, Virginia; his sibling's children, Sienna Duggins and Connor Duggins; and his aunts and uncles, Pam Gorman (Larry) of Chapin, Beth Carter of Knoxville, Tennessee, Rebecca Clark of Fayetteville, Larry Harler (Sonja) of Kincaid, Bill Harler (Betty) of Kincaid and Don Harler (Jan) of Oak Island. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and many dear friends.
