She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Nickelson; her parents, Della Davis and Senny Boller; her sons, James Nickelson and Miles Nickelson; her granddaughters, Natalie Blair and Keisha Nickelson; her siblings, Helen Moffatt, Dorothy Jones and Otis Jones; and her son-in-law Roland Bussey.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Henderson (Perry), Adria Bussey, Vaniese Scott (Vincent), Monica Johnson (John), David Nickelson and Earl Nickelson; her daughters-in-law, Ellen Nickelson (Earl) and Joyce Nickelson; her siblings, Hattie'Doretha'Loeb, Juanita McCants and Dean Boller; and her grandfather Bubba. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
