Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wilson Maxwell Hawkins Jr. of Mobile, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 77, on May 12, 2024. He was predeceased by : his sister Sarah Louise Hawkins Burke; and his granddaughter Lillian Adele Crowe. He is survived by : his wife Caroline Porch Hawkins; his brother Paul Stewart Hawkins; his children, Wilson James Hawkins, Priscilla Anne Hawkins Crowe, Thomas Edward McMillan III (Susanne) and Lucile McMillan Ladd (Patrick); his grandchildren, Charles Maxwell Polasky, Benton Matthew Polasky, Mary Coley McMillan, Caroline Lucile McMillan, Thomas Edward McMillan IV, Caroline DuPre Ladd, Patrick Benton Ladd Jr. and Louise McMillan Ladd; and his great grandchild Annie Kate Polasky. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (4051 Old Shell Rd, Mobile, AL 36608).
