He was predeceased by: his former wife Lanona McDonald Hartsough; his parents, Charles Hartsough and Irene Hartsough; and his siblings, Bertina Daphne Hartsough and Steve Hartsough.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Hartsough of Monroeville; his sons, Chase Gilbert (Mandy) of Beatrice and Jason Grider (Patty) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Jackson Perry, Alex Perry, Cameron Gilbert and Chasen Blake Gilbert; and his great grandchild Oakleigh Powell.
