He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gay and Doris Foist Gay. He is survived by: his son Brandon Gay; his granddaughter Nova Lee Gay; his sister Wanda Deiwert (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Kyle Deiwert, Tyler Deiwert, Mara Jones (Chance), Sarah Deiwert, Gracelynn Deiwert and Emma Isroff; his aunts, Martha Evans (Wayne) and Janet Wilson; and his cousins, Lori, Eric, Taylor, Ryan Hsu, Susan, Katherine and Grace Lacobacci.
