He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Maye of Monroeville; his mother Hattie Lee Maye of Monroeville; his children, Jordan Smith, Michael Jalon Maye, Mykemia Maye and Shylea Maye; and his siblings, Robert Maye, Randy Maye, Paul Maye, Willie Tucker, Terry Tucker, Liston Tucker, Shannon Richardson, Quamie Richardson, Gloria Betts, Christine Green, Janice Mosley, Patricia McPherson, Jacqueline Watkins and Lorea Hudson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
