He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Floyd Rowell and Annie Pearl Stabler Rowell; and his siblings, Charles Russell Rowell and Deborah Jean Rowell. He is survived by: his close friend Lanette Boyd of Monroeville; his sister Judy Stabler Chamblin of Repton; his nephews, Scott Owens (Lisa) and Joseph Chamblin (Stacey); Nelson Stacey of Excel and Ashley Clenney of Tallahassee, Fla.. He is also survived by 4 great nieces and nephews; and 4 great-great-nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bryant Cemetery (15 Firehouse Rd, Franklin, AL 36460).
