She was predeceased by: her husband Charles A. "Bill" Rowell; her parents, Dave Andrews and Annie Lou Andrews; her son Dale Rowell; her grandson Toby Hilton; and her siblings, Douglas Andrews and Ernestine Sawyer.

She is survived by: her son Eddie Rowell (Robbin) of Monroeville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
