It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Ellen Harrison of Monroeville, Alabama, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Rebecca departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rebecca. Though Rebecca may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Ann Marie; her grandparents, Ellen Wiggins Warren, John Savage Warren, Andrew Earl Brown and Edna Brown; and her parents-in-law, Georgia Faye Norris and Billy Gene Harrison, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Billy G. Harrison, Jr. of Monroeville; her parents, William Donald Brown and Ellen Warren Brown of Monroeville; and her brothers, William Donald Brown, Jr. of Illinois and Jonathan Douglas Brown of Frisco City.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Monroe Chapel Funeral Home (2252 US-84, Frisco City, AL 36445). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
