With sadness, we share the passing of Richard Davis of Monroeville, Alabama. Richard, born on June 6, 1952 in Salem, Ohio, passed away on September 16, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Davis to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Howard Davis and Anna Morehouse Davis. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Davis of Monroeville; his children, Benjamin "B. J." Davis (Dana) of Monroeville, Brian Davis (Joanna) of Monroeville, Trisha Davis Lee (David) of Monroeville and Christina Little (Jerome) of Summerdale; and his siblings, Kelly Davis of Mexia, Vickie Cross of Goodway and Holly Black of Excel. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Monroe Chapel Funeral Home (2252 US-84, Frisco City, AL 36445). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
