He is survived by: his wife Judy Owens of Goodway; his daughter Darlene Qualls (Timmy) of Goodway; and his brothers, Ray Owens of Frisco City, Ralph Owens (Sandra) of Excel and Rayford Owens (Peggy) of Excel. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
