With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Artimesa Blevins of Montevallo, Alabama, born in Whatley, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2026 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bettis Anderson and Mabel Kathleen Henderson; and her grandson James Kelly Blevins Russell. She is survived by: her husband James William Blevins; her children, Terry Blevins Kersh (Jesse), Paula Blevins-Russell (James) and Nanette Blevins Towey (John); her son-in-law Wayne Jones (Amelia "Meme" Anderson Hilburn); her grandchildren, Ashley Kersh Dionne, Joshua Thomas Kersh (Tara), Jake Brandon Jones and Casey Morgan Jones (Alysa); and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Makenzi, Brizbie, Stella, Pierson, Eden and Holland.
