She was predeceased by : her mother Peggie Smith Yeager. She is survived by : her father James Alton Yeager of Montevallo; her sisters, Sherry Yeager Zitrick (Tony) of Odenville and Jennifer Yeager Scott of Trussville; and her nieces and nephews, Jackson, Penelope Zitrick, Beau and Emmeline Scott.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Lupus Foundation of America.
