He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Savell and Annie Ruth Savell; his children, Theresa Marie Savell and Michael Alan Savell; his brother Wayne Savell; and his stepdaughter Debbie Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Savell; his children, Robert Savell and Lori Johnson; his stepson Steve Owen; his grandchildren, Shea Griffin (Jeremy), Derrick Savell (Kailey), Craig Smitherman (Valerie), Jana Savell, Troy Savell (Melanie), Justin Savell, Brandon Johnson (Halie), Jennifer Williams (Ryan) and Steven Owen; and his sister-in-law Martha Ann Savell. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
