He is survived by: his wife Eloise Kelly; his children, Randy Kelly (Gina), Tim Kelly (Tracie), Brenda Kelly Edwards (Tony) and Becky Kelly Callais (Darryl); his siblings, Kenny Kelly (Sherry) and Ann Kelly; his grandchildren, Cortney Edwards, Luke Kelly, Morgan Kelly Runyan, Madison Ryan Kelly and Mitch Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Aria Brand, Carter Kelly, Parker Humphries, Kashton Runyan and Millie Kelly.
