With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Dullinger (Montevallo, Alabama), born in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 25, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Loren Dullinger (Lonnie); his grandparents, C. Paul Dennis and Lorraine Dennis; his uncle Charles Chuck Dennis; and his grandfather Walter Charles Lane.

He is survived by: his mother Celia Naomi Sweet; his siblings, Duane Elliot Penwarden and Melanie Lorraine Carlton; his aunt Linda Dennis; and his cousins, Kimberly Keesler and Krissy Dennis Shuller.

He was living in Chattanooga, TN at the time, and the only hospital that dealt with that kind of cancer was in Knoxville, so I left home and stopped and picked him up and took him to have his surgery, during the surging Covid epidemic.
