He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Haynes and Laura Granade; his stepfather Aquila Granade; his brother Buddy Haynes; and his son Steve Haynes.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Haynes; his children, Mike Haynes (Lisa), Mary Kay King (David) and Tommy Haynes; his daughter-in-law Holly Haynes; his niece Laura; his sisters, Mary Joyce Black, Linda Cloy and Lanita Branhan; his grandchildren, Zak King, Cody Haynes, Alexa Holmes, Tyler Haynes and Mason Haynes; and his friend Roy Foreman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews who were like his kids.
