It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Newton Lumpkin (Montevallo, Alabama), born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Columbus Corthell "Buster" Lumpkin. He is survived by : his wife Sarah Lumpkin (Carroll); his children, Jamie (Catie) and Julie Sasse (Nathan); his mother Jettie Ruth Lumpkin; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Benjamin, Daniel, Bentley Hope, Ayla Joy, Joshua, Samantha Joy and Isaac. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
