She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McNeel and Lillian Holsomback McNeel; her husband Donald "Don" Seagle; and her brothers, Billy McNeel, Earl McNeel and Jerry McNeel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Johnny McNeel (Margaret) and Janet Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
