Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Franklin Delano Melsoni of Montevallo, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 83, on January 8, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ghuido Melsoni and Dorothy Grill Melsoni of Eddingstown, Alabama.; and his siblings, Earl Sims, Jr., Charles Melsoni and Mildred Sims Johnson.

He is survived by : his wife Sue Phillips; his sons, Steve Melsoni and David Melsoni (Leslie); his sisters, Barbara Cook and Dean Calfee; and also Sue Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
