He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Malone Smith Jr. and Jean R Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his children, SaDonna Campbell (Steve), Tisha Strong (Mike) and Rodney Smith; his grandchildren, Wesley Cambell, Haley Strong and Olivia Strong; and his siblings, Susan Beale (Steve) and Dale Smith (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Alabama National Cemetery (3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, AL 35115).
