He was predeceased by: his parents, Havis Dover and Mary Evelyn Dover; his brothers, Billy Dover and John "Rudy" Dover; his sister-in-law Brenda Dover; and his son David Dover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Erin Reynolds (Josh) and Joy Howell; and his grandchildren, Luke Patterson, Will Howell, Cade Howell and Isabella Howell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
