He is survived by: his mother Janie Lesley Kendrick (Gilbert) of Montevallo; his wife Renee Lesley; his sister Paula Boothe (James) of Calera; his sons, Skylar Lesley (Jessica) and Jeremy Lesley (Monica); and his grandchildren, Emma Grace, Alayna, Lane, Dallas, Rylee, Jacob and Johnathan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, uncles and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 8381 AL-25, Calera, AL 35040. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the same location.
