He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Parrish; his parents, Verbon Parrish and Estelle Parrish; and his siblings, Wayne Parrish, Sammy Parrish and Dorothy Taylor.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer White (Phil) and Amy Alvis (Adam); his grandchildren, Dustin White (Kristen), Taylor White, Maddie Alvis and Parrish Alvis; his great grandchild Landon White; and his sisters, Bobbie Sullivan, Betty Cooper and Gail Owen (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
