It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lurlene Killingsworth Garrett of Montevallo, Alabama, born in Columbiana, Alabama, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Killingsworth and Erskine Killingsworth; her grandson Michael Carter; and her son-in-law Ralph Fulton. She is survived by: her husband Gordon L. Garrett; her children, Ann Fulton and Lane Garrett (Gwen); and her grandchildren, Neely Franks (Paul), Laney Beard (Allen), Vicki Garrett (Edward Chauca) and Samantha Garrett.
