With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Jane Reid of Montevallo, Alabama, who passed away on May 25, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mahaffey and Leslie Mahaffey; her sister Mary Charles Mahaffey Cochran; and her brother-in-law James Marshall Cochran. She is survived by: her husband Van Reid; her daughter Debbie Christine (Tom); her brother Jim Mahaffey (Pam); her grandson Kris Plier (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Logan and Kane Plier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
