He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Charles and Virginia Harrell; and his brothers, Dallas, Earl, Dwight, Willie C. and Steven.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Elaine Harrell of Daleville, AL; his sisters, Marcella Coles and Veronica Tutwiler (Theodore); his children, Cynthia Quier (Paul) of Enterprise, AL, Diane Wigglesworth (John) of San Antonio, TX, Suzette Meeks (Dennis) of Suffolk, VA, Marvin Jr. Harrell (Yolanda) and Randall Harrell of Daleville, AL; and his grandchildren, Drake McLeod, Tyler, Kyle, Conner Harrell, Randy, Ty Harrell, Robert, Timothy, Tasha Johnson, Faith, Adriana, Elizabeth, John, Wigglesworth, Cassandra Harrell, Christopher Harrell, Brittney Broughton (Robert), David Wade, Jr., Morgan Davis, Matthew and Justin Meeks. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, family and friends.
