He was predeceased by: his father Merle Eugene Upton; and his nephew Timothy Luke Davis. He is survived by: his daughters, Savannah Upton and Destiny Upton; his grandchildren, Zane Upton, Zaiden McKenzie and Nevaeh McKenzie; his mother Jimmie Nell Madison Upton; his siblings, Pamela Jean Upton Weber (Daryl), Crystal Marie Upton Davis and Merle Eugene Upton, Jr.; and his pet Sinbad.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of your choice.
