She was predeceased by: her husband Don Benton; her parents, Noble Simmons and Mildred Simmons; and her brothers, Noble Jr., Thomas, Russell, Robert and William.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Benton (Dana), Steve Benton (Crystal) and Laura Glass (Jeff); her grandchildren, Erica Ponce (James) of Leon, Daniel Benton (Kayla), Steven Benton (Kelly), Andrew Glass, Katy Benton and Cade Benton; and her great grandchildren, Tyler Whatley, Sam Benton and Ollie Ponce of Leon.
