It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Ray Carter (Montevallo, Alabama), who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his children, Tevin Pickett of Columbiana, AL, Christopher Pickett of Columbiana, AL, Shanece Pickett of Columbiana, AL and Shakita Pickett of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Tyree Pickett, Tyra Pickett and Tamiah Pickett; his siblings, Billy Joe Carter of Columbiana, AL, Phillip Carter (Debra) of Columbiana, AL, Jessie Carter of Columbiana, AL and Rebecca Johnson (George) of Calera, AL; and his close friends, Tylisa Pickett of Columbiana, AL and Denise Green of Columbiana, AL. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
