She was predeceased by: her grandmother Ruth Knight; and her mother Tammie Blake. She is survived by: her husband Clyde Mathis; her adoptive parents, Rick Williams and Cathy Williams; her father William Blake; her siblings, Robby Williams, CeeJae Knight, William Blake and Dani Blake; and her sibling-in-law Karli Tilley. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
