Otis Bernard Johnson Obituary
Otis Bernard Johnson was born July 11, 1957 in Chattanooga, TN.
He later moved to Anchorage, AK where he graduated from high school and attended college. He worked in real estate, insurance, and automotive sales. He moved to Alabama in 2006 where he worked for Regions Bank, a local Ford dealership, and C&I Enclosures where he remained until death.
Otis married Cynthia Y. Hall, on December 31, 2005 in Anchorage, AK.
He was preceded in death by his father Olen L., his mother Lucille W. Johnson, and his brother John C. Brown.
He transitioned this life at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, Alabama on November 4, 2021.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia, daughter Brittany (Britt) of Calera, AL, and son Brandon of Alabaster, AL.
He is survived by four siblings, Larry Brown of St. Louis, MO, Theresa, Gary (Sybil), Annie Johnson of Alaska, brothers-in-law Carlos (Maki) Hall of Montevallo, AL, and Corey Hall of Alabaster, AL.
Otis leaves to cherish his memory, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021 from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. at The Good Shepherd.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at The Good Shepherd.
