He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Murphy Brantley, Sr. and Genoa Pledger Brantley; his wife Betty J. Brantley; and his son James Brantley. He is survived by: his son Billy Brantley (Rebecca) of Montevallo; his grandchildren, Jill Brantley of Montevallo and Wyn Brantley of Montevallo; and his sisters, Geraldine Amason of Montevallo and Joyce Snead of Shelby.
